For local (Windsor-Essex county, ON) girls attending post-secondary school.
Complete and submit this form by Aug 16th at 12pm to be considered as a recipient of Casey Stevens Bursary by Help Her Fly.
The recipient will be awarded $1,000 for one semester to be used toward education expenses. 
The recipient must provide proof of enrolment at the university/college (via class schedule), and receipt of payment for the semester.

The winner will also be featured on our social media accounts and website.
Recipient is chosen at the sole discretion of Help Her Fly.
