Girls' Program

We are on a mission to create a positive impact on elementary school girls' lives through this unique curriculum which introduces our girls to positive self-talk and the courage to be herself.

Our Girls’ Program is carefully and thoughtfully designed by professionals in the field, to help address the needs of today’s elementary school girls.

This curriculum combines the power of mindfulness, emotional and social learning, empowering girls to thrive in all aspects of life. By fostering self-esteem, self-love, confidence, empathy, teamwork and connection, the Girls’ Program equips our participants with invaluable skills to navigate the ups and downs of daily life.  We believe in empowering our girls to be proud of who they are.
